WF3 Kindness have launched a fundraiser to support the family of local man Anthony Crosswaite.

WF3 Kindness have launched a fundraiser to support Anthony’s family at this sad and difficult time to help contribute towards funeral costs and to fund a lasting tribute in his name.

Anthony Crosswaite, 49, was reported missing in Tingley on Sunday (21st August) and was tragically discovered four days later in the early hours of Friday (26th August) on Thorpe Lane, Tingley, leaving friends and family devastated.

The fundraiser has been set up to help ease the financial burden and cover some of Anthony’s funeral costs if needed and for a lasting tribute to Anthony as desired by the family.

Dan Frank from WF3 Kindness said “After meeting with and working alongside Anthony’s family this week during the search we became friends. It's all just very sad and it has affected everyone involved.

“Helping local people is what we do and our community is great at rallying around when someone needs help. I’d like to think that this will go some way to helping them in there time of need.”
